Due to the nature of our products. All hair sales are FINAL. If there is an issue with your purchase please contact customer service at soglamuniversity@gmail.com We typically will respond in 1-2 business days from initial request. Please place order number and name in the subject box. Failure to do so will result in a missed message. 

VENDOR LIST

All vendor list are NON REFUNDABLE. No EXCEPTIONS ANY customers who dispute a vendor list once information is open will not be able to purchase from SGU again.

Items that are eligible for return with SoGlam CREDIT! 

Apparel is eligible for return if request is emailed 1-2 business days of receiving the order. If the time lapse on your order , you will not be able to return any apparel for any reason. Store CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN ONLY! NO EXCEPTIONS !
